Hello Painters!

Pump it Up and Paint Party Studios have a great night planned for you!  Thursday, July 29th, from 5:30 to 7:30pm is the next Family Fun Party.  An adult and child can paint, jump and have pizza together for $40.00, and it's just $10 for each additional family member.   All supplies are included.  Call 251-343-2423 to make your reservation and choose your painting and we will  meet you at PUMP IT UP on Thursday, July 29th, 5:30 to 7:30pm.










Kids Art Camp is still going strong and we have space left for Session 4 which runs Monday July 26th thru Thursday July 29th from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Cost is $100.00 per child. Noon Thursday is Pizza Party and Art Show for the Parents. Call to make your reservations. A $25.00 deposit will hold your spot in the class.




Where did the time go? Summer vacation is almost over and there is only one thing on our minds...let's take one last trip to the beach, one last boat ride, one more picnic at the park before it's time to go back to school..back to work!! For some of you, it means going to a new school and new beginnings but for others it's back to the old and familiar places of work and learning and reuniting with old friends.  So many stories to tell...so many things to share!  Bring in your summer photos and turn them into treasured works of art.

Devlin Wilson will be  teaching paintings from his summer photo collection.  Two new originals: The River Shack Pelican and the Dog River Bridge will be taught on Tuesday August 24th at 7:00 pm.  Due to Devlin's original style,  you'll want to take the class to create such a unique painting.  If the kids at art camp can do it, so can you!

July was a very busy but very rewarding month at Paint Party Studios. We painted and partied with old and new friends. We had 4 great weeks of creative fun with kids of all ages during our very successful Kid's Summer Camp sessions. I think we have inspired and encouraged many young ones to pursue their artistic talents. We hope to see them back at the studio for our After School Art Class.  The Classes will begin Tuesday, August 17th from 4:00 - 5:30pm.  We will meet every Tuesday and the cost is $15.00 per class.  You can register by the month or by the day.  All supplies are included. We will explore different mediums of art including painting, clay, mixed media and all sorts of crafts!   Call to make your reservation.
















Paint Party Studios is so excited! Recently, members of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Romance Writers of America (www.gccrwa.com) spent a wonderful afternoon of "Painting and Plotting" at Paint Party Studios. The GCC members are a diverse group of authors, and they were looking for a fun, creative way to inspire their muses. While the authors painted, they also shared plot ideas for their upcoming books. They all thought the studio's fantastic atmosphere was perfect for stirring new story lines.

Also, during the "Painting and Plotting" party, a film crew from Open Road Media (www.openroadmedia.com) filmed paranormal and romantic suspense author Cynthia Eden. The film crew was trying to capture a day in the life of an author, and because Cynthia always has such a great time painting at the studio, she wanted to be sure the producer and cameraman were able to capture the art experience. The Open Road Media crew conducted a large portion of Cynthia's author interview inside the studio, and the Paint Party Studios location will be featured in many of their video segments. The month of August will bring everyone back to a routine and that means that there will be times when you will need to take a break and relax. So, come visit us and share your summer vacations, family reunions and fun stories. There are plenty of ways you can make a keepsake of your favorite memories...on canvases of all sizes, vinyl mats, corrugated metal, etc. We have an array of canvas sizes for you to choose from beginning at 4" x 4" square to as large as you want your painting.
